Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping for just $10 on every order, regardless of the number of items or order total.

Shipping Rate: $10 flat rate anywhere we ship.
Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped the same business day or the following business day.
Need your order by a specific date? Contact us before or immediately after placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. While we can't guarantee delivery dates, we're happy to work with you whenever possible.

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund in accordance with our return policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Each claim is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the situation, we may:

Replace the item, or
Issue a full or partial refund.
